Paddocks 19 is located only a 3 minute walk from the main complex and has had new Double Glazing and central heating boiler fitted recently along with new lounge carpet and vinyl in the kitchen and shower room a bit later.

There are 3 Bedrooms, and sleeps 8 with 1 large double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge.

A very spacious mid lounge setup with the double bedroom with ensuite toilet at 1 end of the caravan along with a separate shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms and another toilet are at the other end with the lounge and kitchen in between.

It also has Gas central heating running from mains gas, so no bottles to run out.

Inside you will find a smart Tv connected to unlimited wifi .

There is the usual gas cooker, fridge and microwave but added to that there is a washing machine and Fridge/Freezer 

The decking area has patio furniture and there is a large picnic table as well.
